white winter cloak

Anybody know where I could find a nice fur cloak to wear over my dress? It's a winter wedding so I think it would be nice. Just looking for a website with a good price.

thanks taryn. I might not get one. I'm really only thinking about my short journeys outside. You know - from house to limo, from limo to church, etc. But it might not even be that big a deal. i kinda did want at least one photo of us in front of the church after the ceremony, so I wasn't sure how I'd be feeling during that time of year outside sleeveless (because, like you, i am ALWAYS cold even in the middle of Summer) But I might just deal with it for those coupe of moments. Looking at the prices, I don't think it's worth it for the amount of time it'll even be on me.

Superior Furs in Manhasset offers rentals. It's about $150 for a mink stole.

Agree with Taryn on this. I had a caplet on for our outside photos, and with the wind whipping off the water, I needed it. But if you don't plan on doing outside photographs, you shouldn't need one. I would say to just get a white/ivory pashmina scarf and that will be all you need.

i agree and had the same concerns...as a joke bridal gift my best friend is making me a hand muff....then after the wedding she wants to stuff it and embroider it to become a pillow...just to take one pic with it too...i am going for an old school romantic feel so i thought it works!!!
No jacket is required when I was a BM in a wedding last winter I sweat all day!!!
