Hey everyone... I want to start whitening my teeth. Anyone recommend any of the strips??

I think I used the aquafresh...Im not sure which ever they were the ones with the trays not the strips. I just feel the trays are more comy to wear

I did a rembrant (sp) two hour one with trays and I felt like it worked.

I use the Crest whitestrips, 5 minutes a day ones. They hurt my teeth and are just a pain to put and keep on, so five minutes is more than enough for me. They work wonders!!
