There is a retirement home in Country Club that a lot of people use, it's right on the water.

we are taking pics at Fort Toten... but we are taking pics during dusk!! so the bridge will be lit up! Dont think this helped sowwy!

There's a park right off the Cross Island that sits off the water and has the Throgs Neck as the back drop. I'm sorry that I don't know the full name but I've seen folks take pictures there.
I believe it's Allen or Arthur Levy Park or something...
