I am so confused. I don't want to see like 10 bands and I need to figure a way to narrow it down.

I hope you don't mind a mom jumping in here! We are currently researching bands for my daughter's wedding too, and we felt the same way, can we really go to 15 showcases? And actually almost all of these bands are awesome! But people focus on different things.

Just 1 suggestion to narrow it down, call them and see if they are available on your date! 3 of the bands we heard about on LIW are already booked for her date (6-30-07), so that was 3 showcases we didn't have to go to!

If they are available, ask for a DVD, it's not the same as in person, but it may help you see what you like and don't like.
