You cant 'trash' a vendor, whether they are on this site as a vendor or not-its a legal thing that LIW does to protect you as a poster from any legal matters and them as a site-they pull the posting. As long as you post what happened (good/bad/ugly) in fact form and not emotional it wont get pulled. I had issues with some of my vendors, posted in fact and none of them have been pulled. As long as you post honestly and not tear off into a rant about a vendor being a jerk and snotty blah blah the post wont disappear

I did, you can get into ALOT of trouble for trashing a vendor, regardless of the truth-defamation and all kinds of other stuff, FIL friend told me this after having a convo about this site one day. Its rare that it will go that far but unfortunately this site (and others) can really make or break a persons business.

And really....how many times have you read review and a bride complained and went on a tangent about a vendor messing up and it wasnt something SOOOOOO incredibly small that it was stupid? I know I have read it a million times-then again-nothing could really bother me the day of After that ONE vent...allover the boards other posters say 'a bride posted that she had a problem with them I would go elsewhere'...everything that is read on the boards needs to be taken with a grain of salt. In all honesty there are so manyof us here-how do we know the poster posting about a vendor being HORRIBLE isnt just a girl scorned by and ex and that ex happens to be the owner of that company Makes you think doesnt it...
