when i decided to get a new gown i was shocked that my moh/sis wanted to buy it for me.
now i just got an em from her saying that when we go to pick it up this weekend my mom wants to pay for 1/2 the balance due!!!!!!!
i never thought in a million years that my mom would want to be invlolved in the wedding.
shes given me $2k so far for my invites and deposits on vendors!!!
i really am in shock

That is really fantastic!! I was in a similar state of shock when my dad not only offered to pay for my dress but then writes me a blank check and tells me I can use it for anything that I need for wedding preparation..Then my mom decides she wants to pay for the invitations, my favors, plus my veil and a few other accessories...
It really is an eye opener but doesnt it make you feel soooooo...relaxed and de-stressed because you aren't footing the bill for those items?!! Ohh its sooooo nnniiicee!!!
