Are you inviting ONLY those participating in the service, including readers and parents? Or, are you inviting OOT guests also??
FH are trying to figure out how many people will we need to schedule for.

We're inviting OOT guests, because my whole family is OOT. But it's only to be close OOT family and friends at the RD. My FILs are paying for it.

We have immediate family on both sides (MOB, MOG, my sister & 2 brothers & their respective spouses, his two sisters, his nephews [in wedding party], and my aunt [who is doing a reading]), the entire wedding party & their respective spouses, our judge, my DOC (notice I said mine not ours ), and our ceremony hosts. At last count, if everyone makes it (not sure since 1/2 the BP is from OOT) there will be 41 people present.
IMHO, that is enough. OOT guests will have to rough it. But since RD is Thursday for Sunday wedding, the only OOT people I expect will be around are in the BP.

We don't have many OOT guests and I think theyr'e all originally from NY, so I don't see the need to invite them to the RD. It'll just be those in the BP. I'm going to invite my grandparents too, even tho they're not involved in the ceremony; I'd like them to be there.

I plan on inviting the BP, parents, readers, and grandparents. I am also inviting the BP with a guest.
Is anyone else inviting the BP with guests? I just figured that was the right thing to do.

We just invited the people involved in the ceremony & their spouses...Considering we are doing it 2 nights before the wedding, we are keeping things small!!!

We are inviting the BP with guests, but we only have 3 that's don't have their spouse in the wedding.
We are only inviting the BP (with guests) and readers and our parents of course...that's about 32 people.

We are having it before the OOT guests get there cause we can't afford to pay for all of them (FH's fam will have alot). So it will be parents, grandparents and bridal party (with dates) - about 20 people
ETA: Our siblings are all in the wedding and a couple members of the bridal party are engaged/dating, so that keeps our #s down too!

Bride to Be Husband to Be 4 Parents 3 Brother's w/wives - in wedding party, bringing up gifts & reading prayer of the faithful 2 BM w/guests (they're invited to bring someone, but we know they won't) 2 GM w/GF's 2 Reader's w/their husbands
I think that's it for who we're inviting - around 24-27 people in total.

We have about 50-60 people. Bridal Party, my parents, my close family, all of FH's family and guests (all OOT) and my parents OOT guests. We are not invitiing our friends who are OOT unless they are in the BP.

i think we are at about 32 adults and 3 kids, all in the bp. it may get cut down, but we'd only remove the oot guests.
