He asked me and called me! =) that night when he got home from our first date, we were on the phone for 4 hours!! and then he called me the next day!

Depends on who you talk to LOL!!! We were set up without knowing it - a mutual friend played Cupid. He asked me out and when he dropped me off he asked if he could kiss me - he's so cute

We met through an online matchmaker site. He emailed me 3 times before I finally responded (I initially considered him to short based on his profile. )

He then convinced me to call him and then eventually to meet him out for dinner & drinks. (Definitely a great salesman. )

we met online and chatted on line for a little, then I called him and after talking for a little he asked if I wanted to meet. That became our first date and we have been inseprable since

Oh, him all the way. He called me two days after we met to wish me a Merry Christmas, and then he asked me to spend the following week with him. He was always good about calling, and still is!

I gave him my number and he said he didn't want to seem too anxious...so he waited 4 days (I told myself that if he had waited one more day, I wouldn't have accepted his call)...by then I had made plans for the next week...

I think he asked me if I wanted to do something...and I told him where I could fit him in...

He called me first and he asked me first. We met in Cancun and he left his phone number on my voice mail at the hotel, I called him when I got back home and after talking for a couple of days he asked me out on a date.

i met him at my party, i said to email me to go out, he did...on the first date he asked me out for the second date the next night!

He insists I 'asked him out' first. We went to a house party on New Years Eve. While it did technically turn into our first date, it started out as me asking a few friends if they wanted to come along and he was one of them. The other 2 people already had prior plans so we went together. There's a history of his persuading me to other events prior to this party though. Like a Halloween party I was not going to go to - but then he supplied a cool costume (his firefighter gear) so how could I say no? We always debate it
