Who can tell me?

I don't mean to pry--but I'm somewhat at a loss here. We are looking at a private country club for our reception of 75 people. The club quoted us a price of $175 pp plus 20% gratuity and tax. I'm not sure if that's on the high end or not. I should note that we are planning on having the wedding on october of 2008. I'm just not sure how that compares to othe venues on LI--catering places or other clubs, venues, etc. If anyone could weigh in on how that number sounds i'd really apprecaite it.
