about being the only bride at their locations. Why? I cared Im spoiled I wanted to be the only one. If Im going to pay why can't I have my hall all to myself. Im selfish only for my day.

We're the only wedding at our hall too and that was a big thing for us, we wanted the whole place to ourselves and all the attention to be on our wedding.

i agree but i can go both ways. Im having my reception at the swan club so possibly another 2 weddings could be taking place- its not something i really cared about but hey its your day you make the rules!

me too!! i want people to know they are going to that locationg for my wedding and nothing else. When we were looking for a hall I wasn't looking at anythign that did more than 1 party at a time

That is part of the reason why I picked Flowerfield. I love that me and my guests are the only ones at the whole place!!!!!

That was something that FH wanted. But we decided to go with the El Caribe. My cousin had her wedding there a few years ago. And there was another wedding going on that I honestly didn't even know was there. So I don't really mind.

I wanted jist one Bride too,, But I loved my hall & its onyl 2 bides & the day we choose the other affair is just a party,,, I know what u mean , i would never get narried at the places that have like 5 weddings at once,,

I kinda did care - but when I thought abt it - i went to soo many halls that have more than one wedding at a time .. and i had noo idea!!!
Plus - i love at the watermill, that it is very important to them to have privacy at a wedding ... and plus - i get the whole floor to myself - so my giuests wont interfere with the other wedding party's guests!

I agree, I don't know why but I wanted to be the only bride and that is also one of the reasons I chose my hall. Not only am I the only bride but we have the entire hall to ourselves, no other parties can go on. Only one at a time.

I care to a degree.. I just don't want to run into another bride but if there is another bride there.. I wont be too bothered by it. So far its just our wedding that day!

With all of the factors/decisions that go into a wedding I only had 3 'MUSTS'
Must be a Saturday night Must have a band/live music RH MUST cater to just one wedding at a time
All else I am pretty laid back about.

I dont really care about their being more than one wedding at my RH. I have a feeling that I am the only wedding but there is some sort of business dinner happening in one of the other rooms. Oh well...

Totally agree!! We went to look at halls that had two weddings at a time and we weren't as happy. I like the idea of it being only us!

it was actually a bigger issue for my FH he and i have gone to weddings were we heard the thump thump base music of another wedding and it impacted the best mans speach at one wedding......WBM usually has a smaller wedding in the smaller room ( that could be the cocktail rm 4 our wedding if it is raining out) but we paid a Sh*t Load to have that room closed for us to use..... i was ok with two weddings but not the music, which i didn't realize until he said something....
