I know us, the attys, the sellers, the bank attys....
Does the mtg. broker come or the real estate agents (you know, the two people I want to shoot!!)?
Hoping (fingers crossed!) to close next week and I was wondering who to expect.

We had the lawyer, the bank represenataive and the a person that represented the escrow/taxes .

Our RE agent did show up - towards the end, and I think they had a repersentitive from the office of the sellers RE agent there. Not entirely sure why cause they didn't too too much. The mortgage broker (who I also wanted to shoot!!! ) was not there. He's very LUCKY!!!!

The real estate agents are their to get their commision checks. They also need a copy of the HUD.

If you are buying a co-op... then a representative from the co-op will be there as well to do all the stock certificate work.
Mortgage brokers don't usually go to closings. They just send the attorneys from the bank to go handle it all.
Mortgage brokers are usually too STUPID to know anything on what goes on during a closing. I probably know 10x more than the average mortgage broker knows.
