Are readers and gift bearers invited? What about the organist and vocalist (they are invited to the reception because they're friends of my brother)?

Anybody that has any part in the wedding is invited to the rehearsal. It helps to see the place and know where to stand, how long the aisle is, what pews people will be sitting in, etc. It doesn't mean everybody will come, but they all should be invited!
