Who do we tip?????????????????

Who do we tip the day of the wedding?
The photographer
The Band
The videographer
anyone else

and if so how much to each of them?
Please help

the bridal attendant
the banquet manager
the florist
your hair and makeup person
maiter D
bartenders/waiters/chef ( alot of people do not tip these b/c you already pay gratuity but that is up to you)

This is just a guide, so don't feel compelled to tip this much/this little (depending on your point of view)
OK, In order of appearance the day of the wedding, we tipped the:
-Hair & m/u - $75 for me & $25 for each girl & mom
-Flowers- $25 at the hotel & he got another $25 at church from FIL
-Bridal Limo Driver- $50 (he was a yutz)
-BP limo driver -$100 (he as not a yutz)
-Bridal attendant -$150
-Maitre'd -$100 on top of $300 Maitre'd fee that we paid with caterers
-Bartenders -$100 each (we had 2)
-DJ/MC -$150 for both (DJ owned the business, so I think it all went to MC)
-Photographer- $100
-Videographer -$75
-Swing Band -$100
-Coat Check attendant - $50
-Bellboy at hotel the night of the wedding $25

I think that is all.

ETA: I did not pay for the tips for my hair & m/u artist for my family or friends , and I did not give the extra $$ to the Maitre'd, my FIL did that when he saw how hard he was working.

I tipped people that I didn't really 'have' to, because everyone did such an amazing job.

I did not tip the bridal coordinator at the church (she thought I left & was about to tell husband tht I ran out on him )

I also did not tip my ceremony musicians (they were awful, FM me if you want info.)
