Who do you call...

when you live right next door to a medical office building and the heating/AC system makes a loud and annoying humming sound?

Our bedroom faces this office and all you hear is a loud humming. I can even hear the humming in the front of our apartment.

Who do you call?

FYI - THey are renovating this building so this weekend I got to smell asphalt and tar b/c they did the roof.

I would call the office manager of the medical facility and let them know it's disruptive. If that doeesn't get any results I guess you would call the zoning office of the town? I'm not too sure.

If it was there before you moved in I am not too sure there is much you can do.

Call the medical facilityand see if they will fix it, if not then call the town.
There are noise regulations they need to follow.
