who do you know from LIW (from before you joined)?
i saw this on the 08 board, and thought it was fun...
who do you from LIW that you knew before you joined?
i am new here, so i only know bigrd37 (high school) and JKiesel (friend's fiancee) - but i don't think JKiesel knows i know her!!
ETA: i edited this to make the post more clear - god help me if thie third time isn't the charm!

I don't believe I currently know anyone on the boards (they might be lurking, but most of my friends are married, and those that are not don't live in the area).
I do have an acquaintance/friend that got married last year and was on LIW. When I first joined, I read a lot of reviews because I had absolutely nothing booked, nor did I know where to begin. I saw a review from a woman who said she had gone to RK Bridal because she worked for a theatre company a few blocks away, and I thought 'gee, wouldn't it be funny if it were my friend.' As I kept reading, my suspicion was that it might be her, and then I saw a photo and indeed, it was. When I saw her on the street a few months later, I told her that I saw her review and we had a good chuckle.
Is that what you meant?

I don't know anyone in person on here... although my friend told me about the site and I know that another one of my friends who is getting married, reads the posts and stuff, but I don't think she actually posts herself.

I know Florezpeeps-we have known eachother since 7th grade and are eachothers bm's
Italianbride428-she knows fh since uhmmm birth lol. FH's mom and her mom have been friends since they were about 20-21, so they grew up together and consider eachother cousins
mrsDtobe-went to HS with her and know from around the neighborhood
JNR08-know since i was about 13 years old, grew up in the same neighborhood
