If you are not looking for an officially religious ceremony, try April at Church of Ancient Ways. She's very knowlegable about all religions and she takes the time to work out what you want and dont' want. She's listed in the vendor section of LIW.

we are using Rev. Allman and he has a Rabbi that he preforms ceremonies with.

FM me if you want the number. He is also the most responably priced out of all the ones I spoke to.

We are using Renwick Jackson . He is EXCELLENT!! He worked with us on exactly what wording we wanted to include--whether or not we wanted references to God or a higher being. We decided we did not really want a religious ceremony, so he is really just talking about love and how amazing it is that in a world this large we managed to find each other. It almost made me cry to hear him talk about it! I don't have enough good things to say about him, and he came highly recommended!

I am using a wonderful Rabbi (me and FH are both Jewish, but she does interfaith ceremonies)... FM if you want details. I have seen her do an interfaith ceremony and it was beautiful.
