...an area in the office where everyone brings in snacks, cakes and candy? We do and it's directly in front of my desk! It is filled w/ everyone's Easter candy and cakes.

me too! My boss fills the basket in all the time and she DOESN'T EAT any sugar ... I constantly ask her NOT TO, but she brings it all in anyway. Pi$$es me off because I have ZERO willpower! It's all her fault!

I used to work evenings with a woman whose day job was at a major bakery, and she was ALWAYS bringing in cookies, and I worked at a sort of reception desk, and they'd be right on that desk...I remember one night eating rainbow cookies ALL night. It wouldn't be like, a little plate, she'd bring in HUGE trays

There is currently no room left on the kitchen table for anything else.......
Although I eat some of it, certain things skeeve me like cakes and stuff that people bought or made from home.....Yuck!
I'll eat the store-bought cookies though--I see I dont have a problem w/ that!

we have a spot, but thankfully it is in an empty drawer of a filing cabinet that isnt right in your face. More often than not we forget about it, unless we are extremely hungry and then we remember that its there. Usually we do keep some apples and oranges out in the open.

I am the same way. I can't eat people's stuff they made and brought in. One lady was like, my sister-in-law made that cake. I was like . I don't know her or care to eat her cake!

YES!!! It is actually on my desk bc I am the first desk when you walk into the office...It is so hard to have willpower!!! I just ate a hershey kiss bc I could not resist it! Then there is a table out in our shop with cake & cookies, potatoe chips & all those goodies

Oh yeah - we have one of those!!! All the leftover holiday goodies always end up on display in the pantry - BUT there is also a co-worker who keeps a bowl of candy at her desk and it's filled at all times! I'm also close enough that I can actually hear when she's refilling the bowl...... I'm over there at least twice a day, if not more!
I'm actually a little disappointed this year - all that was left in the kitchen after the Easter weekend was a little bag of jellybeans! Of course, that didn't stop me from helping myself once I found them!
