Just wondering who else is doin Greece for the HM?
We are doin Athens, Santorini, & Mykonos. I CAN'T WAIT!!
I want to talk w/ others who are goin!!!!!

I may be going to Greece...if we go, the plan is tentatively Athens, Santorini, Mykonos and maybe a quick stop in Rhodes. Anyone been to Greece before and can give some advice on any MUST sees? or something we MUST do?

Hi Girls, I would love to do Greece, can i ask you what it is running you approx? That is my only concern, i dont want to have to spend 15k on a honeymoon. Thanks!

athens, crete (chania and iraklion), and santorini
no, you TOTALLY don't have to spend too much. We're going obviously in mid june, and are only spending about $4.5k (not including food) for 10 days.
Hotels in athens can be $$$$, so ours is not in the tourist area, and is instead about 40 blocks away, but close to public transportation.
We do have prime locales in crete and santorini, though. None of our hotels cost over $130/night.

You will not spend that!! Don't worry. It's costing us around $6500 for air, hotel, transportation.. not including food except breakfast.
We chose all top hotels.. Mykonos Grand, Sun Rocks in Santorini, and Davani Palace in Athens.
so you can always go a step down (ALL the hotels are gorgeous!) Anastasis Apartments in Santorini are BEAUTIFUL.. but my TA didn't deal w/ that hotel..so we couldn't get a room there.. but if you book on your own you can and the rates are really reasonable!
Also, if you want use a TA that has a HM registry! Hopefully I will get some gifts towards it at my shower!
