I think that is all we had so that gave us a total of $800.00

the maitre'd can vary....i've heard ranges of 1-3 per head up to 7/head....personally, ours will likely be 2/head....if we had 80 guests, i might be more generous...but we'll have an insane tip if we do more.
basically all the vendors if they do not include a gratuity...and ask your hall who is included in the gratuity/service fee they charge you as well.

This was the hardest thing for me- Maitre'd - $500 - we had about 140 guests. Bridal attendant - $100 Makeup/hair - no idea, apparently my dad just gave them a whole bunch of money in the confusion leaving the house, LOL Limo driver - $20 Photographers (2) - $120 Videographer (and owner of company) - $40 will maybe give him more when we pick up video DJ - $300 - I didn't know what to give here - MC was owner of company - we had a couple of guys at CH, one who stayed through the reception to sing, a percussionist for reception and the DJ. No idea if we gave enough.
Honestly, I don't know if these amounts were enough, but we really didn't have anymore to give out. I think I got everyone. We didn't tip the delivery guy for the florist - we didn't see him and when I asked about it, they told me not to worry about it.
