Who gives out the petal cones

Do the bridesmaids or are they not supposed to come out before the ceremony??????

u usually pass out petal cones following the ceremony at the end of the recieving line. u could have whoever u want - if u'd like ur bm's too then do it! it's a personel choice really - i had two friends that weren't involved in the BP do it because i wanted them somehow involved.

They arent in the bridal party and i wanted them to be involved.

My bridal party handed them out, but it's also a good place to involve someone that you wanted to involve in the wedding but didn't include in the bridal party (cousins, neices, nephews, etc.). It's really up to you.

What if the ceremony is at the RH (but outdoors of course!)? When do they get handed out then?

I gave out the rice @ my cousins wedding and did it as everyone was leaving the church

Hmm..we are getting married at our hall.....we were just going to put them in a basket next to the programs and hoepfully people will take one hwen they walk by!! Maybe we will leave a sign there or something..any suggetions?

yup, this is what we did and my DOC stood there with the basket handing them out and directing people outside so we could wrap up the receiving line quickly and get to the pics.
