Re: Who had the tulip pictures???
it was April 27th - we're quickly approaching one year!
these pictures were taken when the bouquets first arrived. The tulips opened up throughout the day.

Re: Who had the tulip pictures???
the tulips in the bouquets didn't hold up as well as the centerpieces - I was warned that tulips are tough to work with in bo-ks, since they won't have a water source.
The centerpieces were gorgeous and lasted well over a week. There were no wires in them I wasn't going for the perfectly organized look - I wanted the tulips to do their own thing. They looked like they do in the pictures all night long - no drooping.
Flower Michelle was our florist. John's awesome! I believe the enterpieces were $80/each, my bo-k $115 or $125? BM's $50.
I feel so much better knowing seeing that you used different kinds of flowers. Its almost exactly what I want. Did you have tulips on the cake????
can they wrap a water tube in the bo-k to keep the tulips watered???
Do you think Flower Michelle would go out to the Vineyard??? Where are they located???

Re: Who had the tulip pictures???
They're in Huntington - they'd probably do the Vineyard.
As for water tubes in the bo-k's, I don't know. It may depend on how they're wrapped - they would have made the 'handle' of our bo-k's pretty bulky since they were just wrapped with fabric.
I had gardenias on my cake - its actually up on Flower Michele's site. I also had floating gardenias during the cocktail hour.
