My DH did Zoom - worked amazing and he is a heavy smoker - his teeth were nice and white for the wedding - and they still look good three months after...

Not sure how yellow your teeth are but I did the whitestrips three weeks before my wedding and they worked good - I didn't think they would...just an FYI
