Who has a good facialist in NYC?

I was getting peels and everything else, and it ends up, I need facials because I need some extractions.

Anyone have a good facialist in Manhattan or Queens?

Thanks!

If you don't have a budget I'd definitely go to Christine Chin:

Christine Chin

Facials are $120 with a regular staff member or $250 with Christine. She's amazing! Celebrities flock to her!

I used to go to her to get my eyebrows done but she up'd her rates

I go to red and white spa in the city. My facialist is helen. The facials are 80-100 reg. but if you on wed. they are $50.

Try Mario Badescu, they're on the Upper East Side.

I am a spa junkie.

1) Shizuka - excellent facials, although I haven't been there in a few months. There is a girl who works on Saturdays that is great.

2) Bliss on 49th street - Generally good service, but it depends on who you get.

3) Silk Day Spa.

4) If price is no object, do a facial at the Ritz Carlton La Prarie Spa. I had no redness at all after extractions.

I have also heard good thing about Christine Chin, although I have never been myself.

I have actually had some issues with Mario Badescu. I used to go there a lot a few years ago and I always felt like someone was trying to sell me something. The facialist also left the room a lot, often while steam was at my face, which got uncomfortable and there was no one there to monitor it. I also had some very aggressive facialists there and they did not seem to care about my sensitive skin. I don't like knocking a business, my mom even used to go there decades ago, but I had to stop going myself.
