I wish!!! LOL I am so not motivated to start loosing weight but I need to be. It is SOOOOO hard.!!!

I kind of do. One of my good friends went to one for 2-years and lost 80 pounds. Now he is doing it on his own and showing me the ropes for free

I'm my own personal trainer. I think their over paid. Why pay 75-100 bucks an hour, for easy info you can get from a book? You just have to be motivated, thats all.

I hear ya sister! I started weight training when I was 20 yo and learned everything from a book.

I don't do that anymore- now i'm a lumpy slug.....
but a happy lumpy slug!

I have the SAME problem....I thought that once I got engaged I would be super motivated to get skinny....nope. Oh well...

me....i did it for the summer now it's back to doing things on my own.....=( i will try and start up again in april....

I have one and I love him!! He also teaches the best classes at my gym!!!

I am planning on getting one in Sept b/c I have to order my dress by January...so hopefully that will help me

I do. I use him a couple of times a year in the winter and in the summer for about 5 sessions each season.

He gets me back on track and helps me get my form and technique together.

Me too! My FH is a work out GOD and he constantly motivates me and encourages me and helps me. I LOVVVVVVVE him.

Plus I think he is incredibly hot in his gym shorts...
