problem??? I do and it seems like it is getting worse. If so how do you guys deal with your anger.

Well FH has actually helped me calm down a bit...the other thing I do is remember how I hated when my Dad would rage about stuff when I was a kid, and how i thought he acted like a raving lunatic...and how I don't want to be perceived or act that way.

The other thing I try to do is keep in mind that...
1.) things happen for a reason, even when i am ready to kill people...haha

2.) God grant me the serentity to accept the things I cannot change, to change the things I can & to know the difference between the two!!!!!!!!

Ok well that is from AA so it may go against the drinking advice you have received...hhahahahaa

A glass of wine or two is the answer to any anger I have. i'm better in no time

Oh i forgot to add that taking Tae Kwon Do has helped me....first of all its a great stress relief to kick the crap out of stuff & yell...

But also one of the principles of study is 'self-control'....i try to pitcure my Master when I am ready to rage...and how he'd be disappointed in me if i did!

Going to a shooting range is kind of calming too....hahaha
(i swear I am not a psycho...really! haha)

I definitely do! I think I just cursed out driving down Hillside Avenue. Nothing brings out road rage like rush hour traffic!!!

What do I do?...Use a lot of profanity. (Constructive, right?)
