Who has been the most helpful since you got engaged?

I am sure most are happy for us but who has been the most helpful with all the planning since the engagement?

FH has been great as I work longer hours and nature of my work takes me out of the office a lot so he has been dealing with a lot of vendors and also doing the HM research.

The other helpful person is the mom of my FGs- Michelle, she has helped me with the website, the FG dresses, pictures, and various other ideas- I truly feel she is genuinely psyched about the wedding as am I

Sorry ladies- your help is the best of the best by far

I would say my bridal party has been the most helpful followed by these boards .

FH has been the most helpful but he doesn't count because this is his wedding too. I'd say my sisters or my mom, FMIL tries to be helpful but it always manages to seem a little insulting so I'm not counting that lol

Our parents...we are very grateful that they are helping us with our wedding.

Hands down - my mom! She has helped with money more than she originally said she would... she comes with me to vendors since FH cannot. She listens and does not make my ideas feel stupid, like some other people have. I am so impressed with her!

my MOH. i always talk to her about wedding stuff and she gives me the best advice. i couldn't do it without her.

LIweddings has been the most helpful.
It it weren't for Liweddings, I prob. would have canceled the wedding b.c nobody is helping me w. anything.
(At least the people I expected would help)

Honestly, no one has been all that helpful. I have really been doing all the research and planning on my own. My parents come to the appts with vendors, but I am not so sure they are all that into it. Its almost like they are going through the motions...I am after all, the third wedding they've planned!

My sister (MOH) hasn't helped with anything. She hasn't really asked me about anything either. I kind of get upset when I think about it, but hopefully as the date moves closer she'll get more involved. I know she's just busy with her 3 year old son, but sometimes I wish she would make more of an effort.

My mom has been most helpful with the planning. Both my parents have been beyond helpful financially since they're paying for the whole thing!

My FSIL has been the most helpful. My mom is in Michigan and my friends all work crazy hours.

Other than FH who is the best and truly involved and calms me down when I start to panic over little things...My sister, who is also my MOH has been the most helpful thus far. Which really means a lot to me, especially since I was a really crummy maid of honor to her. I don't know what my problem was, I think I was just young and her wedding was the first wedding I was ever in, so I really didn't know what was expected of me. Oh well...she is the best!

100% my mom, who always listens to my endless chatter about everything wedding related. When I come home from work she always has new things to show me and ideas thats shes come up with. In adition though, FH's sister has been a HUGE help with all things DIY

My Fh has been the most helpful with things but he is apart of it so I would have to say my parents and my bridal party. My parents have been very very helpful and have gone above and beyond helpping us out with things. My bridal party has helped me look into things and get prices on things which helped me very much.

I'd either say FH or one of my BM's, Chelsea. He is great and goes to everything with me and always wants to help. And she is great because she constantly throws out ideas when I'm working on a new project and offers to help with everything.

My MOH is great too, she listens to me vent, and I know she would help out a lot more, but she lives in California.

I'm still really lucky, though, to have a lot of people who are willing to help out with different things.
