Not sure on where to stay, we want to go away in May for a lttle getaway. We have heard Cabo water is very rough and cold. We were thinking about Rivera maya, ANY SUGGESTIONS??

We went to Excellence Riviera Maya for our honeymoon in June/July for 12 nights and we had the time of our lives!

We went to Riviera Maya for 12 nights. We stayed at the Excellence and the Royal Hideaway. We had the best time of our lives! I definately recommend the Excellence but not the Royal Hideaway.

we just got back from our honeymoon to mexico this past saturday.
it was great. we stayed in playa del carmen at The Royal
www.realresorts.com go to The Royal in Playa del carmen.
we loved the resort sooo much and there was 5th ave right around the corner and it had so many restaurants, bars and shops.

Our honeymoon was at the Excellence and it was nice but if i had to choose again, id go with the Mayakoba or the Mandarin Oriental in the Riviera Maya, much more luxurious! The food at the Excellence Riviera Cancun was really subpar in my opinion, but I think thats to be expected with all inclusives.

we stayed our entire HM at the Royal Hideaway. while it was a nice HM I also would not recommend staying at the Royal Hideaway.
Mexico is beautiful though. and everyone is so friendly

DH and I went to Riviera Maya for a vacay here's a link to my review sorry there are no pictures - I am a terrible uploader...
It was the best all-inclusive resort I've been to. I would go back in a heartbeat.

we stayed in Cancun like 3 or 4 times...the most recent time we stayed at the Gran Caribe Real and it was gorgeous!

We went to Riviera Maya and stayed at the Aventura Palace, we loved it!
