Who has planned a bachelorette party to AC?

I remember seeing a thread about this a few months ago. Who did you contact at the hotel to get special rates on rooms and reservations for restaurants?

I've done 2 in AC. You most likely will not be able to negotiate a room rate. They usually only do that for high rollers or frequent customers.
My advice would be to check out the hotel's websites and check in advance when their rates are cheapest. Most of the websites have the monthly calendars under their reservations sections so you can see every night of the month and what the rates are. Go when they're the cheapest. As far as restaurants, just call them directly when you know when you will be there and tell them how many you'll have and that you need a reservation. Keep in mind that some restaurants will not take reservations no matter how many you'll be. Also, it never hurts to ask if they will do anything for large groups (price-wise). The worst they can say is no.

Clubs too, call them directly and ask to speak to their group sales mgrs. See if they do anything for b-parties, whether they have specials, can you get on a guest list, etc. If not, ask them when they would suggest you get there so that you don't have to wait on a line or anything.

Yes DEFINITELY call clubs way ahead of time and double check they dont have something going on that night bc u might get screwed...both times FH went there was something...1st time it was the 1 year anniversary of mur mur and they called a week ahead of time for a table and they were booked, and 20 guys getting into a club is not the greatest idea, then 2nd time they went was columbus day weekend. I find it histerical though bc it bothers FH SOOOO much that ive been to mur mur and he hasnt
