No need to be worried. I got engaged in Feb, getting married in November and ordered my dress in April

It depends. If you want a high end designer like Eve of Milady you will need to order it anywhere from 9-12 months in advance.

I got engaged in July for a wedding in April. I did get my dress but I got it like 7 1/2 months before my wedding. You have plenty of time

I am looking but still haven't decided and I am getting married in May 06'. I have to get one within the next couple of weeks.
