I say it would be great to have kids and then give them to a school when they turn around 13 and get them back at about 20ish when they realize you are a person and you can be friends!!
The first time they say 'what did you ever do for me!!' it's out the door!

I went to boarding school! It was actually a great experience--I think distance and independence from my parents actually really helped our relationships at a time when so many other teens hated their parents! Oddly enough, I am back living with my mom after 10 years living away from her (high school, college, some post college) to save $ for the wedding!
