My FSIL just bought a house in Boynton Beach. She has 4 kids and my FH is devestated I feel so bad. His mother lives there his grandparents live there and his dad is selling the house and taking his brother there. I have a brother that lives there. I DO NOT WANT TO GO THERE. But.... I was just looking at houses there. We want to have a house built here. It would be so much cheaper to do it there. FSIL are moving to Boynton beach FILS and Future granparents live in Boca and my Brother lives in Deerfield beach. Does anyone know what are nice areas in the south of florida? If its cheap enough maybe I might consider it.

We lived in Bonaventure Florida, and Sunrise was up and coming at the time.

My brother is looking fro a house in the Orlando, Celebration Area, adn they are cheaper - about 170,000 for a 1800 sq foot house. But he makes less money, and he jopb market for his wife, a bookkeeper was even worse.

The whole area by Davie, Bonaventure was really nice and there were tons of families moving in from NY. The county is Broward.

She was just underpaid for her job, but my brother didn't have a problem finding himself a job.
They should have researched both job markets, not just as long as he had a job.

We live in Pensacola after the wedding! We had a great apartment with over 1000sft for 599 a month and that included water! Electric was a killer there!
We are moving back to Navarre Beach in a few months and are looking to buy pretty loaded house for only 150,000...

Kristen - We are thinking about possible moving to Florida a year or two after the wedding. The reasons are I hate the snow/winter and to be able to get bigger cheaper house. The good thing about it for us is my FH can transfer his job to FL and keep the same salary. I have been looking online and see no jobs for me in my field though.
