fried calamari at their CH as a station? Does it get soggy? I wanna know, we can have this, I am just nervous about fried food and want it to be crispy. Has anyone had the fried calamari at WM, is it crispy?

i would! i love calamari - i dont even know if it's an option. but i'm sure you'll have high enough volume going through the stations that they'll be replacing the tray so that it won't get soggy

I luv calamari too!!!! I've had it in weddings (not in WM) and I don't remember eating it soggy

Thanks ladies the other choices are mussels brococoli rabe, sausage and peppers, eggplant rollatini , I feel like it is the more popular choice.

I usually see calamari at weddings. Not as a special station but one of the hot trays. I don't eat it but my family loves it. They would eat a plate of it. LOL. I'm sure they replace it as people eat it. So if your guests love it, it will always be fresh!

I definetly would!!! I LOVE fried calamari and I went to a wedding at the Sand Castle 3 weeks ago that had it as a station and it was delicious!
