Re: ?Who Is?????
From what I understand, it's the members of the bridal party (and guest/spouse), your parents and FH's parents, and the FG/RB and their parents. Hope this helps!

also, grandparents usually attend....and there's a growing TREND (not rule) of inviting OOT guests so that they have 'something to do the night before'.....really it's all up to you these days....some are so big you wonder why there's a separate wedding!

Dont mean to hijack but do you HAVE to invite your bp with a guest? Even if you are going straight to dinner from the church?

Re: ?Who Is?????
We will be inviting our BP with guests, our parents, grandparents, 2 FG's & RB with parents (who happen to be in the BP anyway), and readers for the church. We are thinking about inviting our OOT guests, but we have time to think about that.

i would have to say no, it is perfectly ok to invite them (the BP) sans guests...but you have to invite them ALL that way...don't invite your sister/MOH with a guest and not anyone else just cause she's your sister....then people get mean/mad/jealous...scary day to be making people mad, the night before!!

Re: ?Who Is?????
OK........I broke out the Brides Book of Etiquette.....here's what it says:
Whom should we invite? Invite the entire wedding party and their significant others, parents and siblings of the bride and groom, child attendants and their parents, and, if you like, the officiant and his or her spouse.
Should we invite out-of-town guests? it isn't required. It's a nice gesture if there are just a few people to include. However, if half of your guests are form out of town, the tehersal dinner could upstage the wedding.
