If a spreadsheet makes you a nerd then I must be marrying one. He is an analyst and makes charts for everything - even who was bringing what to my house for breaking the Yom Kippur fast. I could care less!

My fiance is a nerd, or as I like to call him a geek

had a spreadsheet for grooms guests, brides guests, budget, and one comparing each selection of vendors. also a 15 tab binder that was stuffed to the brim with info.![]()

Another nerd here! FH and I have created spreadsheets and an Access Database for all things wedding related. It's insane, but it makes things so much more managable.

I have a huge excel spreadsheet going: FH laughs at me constantly:
My guest list
his guest list
his parents guest list
my father's guest list
my mother's guest list
a combined color coded guest list (each one of us is assigned a color) - this tab includes: how many in party invited, how many in party accepted, declined, table #
photography list for photographer
gifts given and if thank you's have been sent
music for ceremony and reception
And since my FH is an Actuary, he has created an analysis of percentage responded. Success rate, projected total of guests based on the responses received so far...

His guest list, my guest list, and then another for the lists combined. Complete with Tab 2 for the 'maybe' people.
I have one for a preliminary seating chart. I even have one for our song list.
Before we booked I had one that rated all of the halls we looked at and included their contact info.
I'm sure there are others I'm forgetting but yes, I am a nerd!!![]()

Im a nerd too!
I was constantly entering the RSVP cards as we got them to tally our guest count.
I even had tabs for moms side, dads side, friends, and church!
I also had a huge sheet w/ vendor info.
Im so glad I did this though, my sisters will have it so easy planning their weddings!! Im actually looking forward to it

Me too! the same things, but I also have a timeline tab, and not a budget, but I have my vendor contact and how much I still owe people and the tips and all that good stuff. My guest list also includes my responses and the gift that they gave, if they gave one yet.
