At Westbury Manor the chair covers and sashes are included, and our BM threw in passed martini's, pasta course, and red/white wines on the tables.

We also negotiated(thanks to FH) the tucscany cart(which we tried at the showcase and was awesome!), carnival cart( which i am so happy i pushed for) and viennese trays on the tables all in our contract for a great price..... so excited since i saw 2 of the 3 at the showcase!!!

I would love to add the chocolate fountain at our wedding but it's soooooo expensive. I can't justify spending the money on something that's only going to be out for an hour.

If your going to do add on at WM wait until the next showcase in March...its so much cheaper. Also if you add 2 you get 1 free. I added the mash potato bar and the chocolate fountain and got the martini louge for free.

Thinking about adding the tropical drink bar for all our island family members who like thier tropical drinks

I'm definitely going to add on at the next showcase too. At this last one, I just added on the chocolate fountain. I'd also like to throw in the tropical bar and the passed shrimp. I was able to negotiate red/white wine on the tables and the Viennese platter when I signed my contract.

For our wedding, we added the raw bar, intermezzo course, full Viennese hour (included at our hall), for our ice sculpture we had a huge martini glass/martini bar where they made custom martinis and poured them through the ice martini glass.

Does anyone know where I can get affordable sashs?? JT has the chair covers already. Just need the sashs with a set up and take down ..

We did not add anything and there was SOOOO much food. They did throw in the martini louge (which I highly recommend) and vienese platters and fruit but really there is just so much food!

When it comes to the actual wedding as the FH I really can't say what I expect when it comes to decoration, bridal colors, etc But as a food lover and aspiring chef, the one thing I wont skimp on is the food. I really suggect looking over every extra and trying to figure out if its worth it for you and your guests. I know one place was offering in unlimited lobster and pysters, shrimp etc in a cold bar for an extra 25 pp but only my family eats it, so its not worth it. But I def think Im going for a full viennese. Coming from an Italian family I kinda gotta. LOL

our budget will not allow for any extras right now.... although I think our package offers plenty as it is, i think anything extra may be a bit excessive and I'd rather have the money in our pockets than know everyone got some melted chocolate on some fruit in addition to the ice cream and cake being served...

(Don't get me wrong, I would take the chocolate fountain if it was offered at no charge but our hall wants to charge like $12/pp for it!!!)

Ugh!! Weddings are so expensive!!
