just last weekend FH and I made ours(really FH did it all) we went to staples and bought stock cover papaer in our colors and then regular paper to use inside...to make a book...we were lucky enough to have programs from past weddings we had been in and some that our priest provided for us...we used them as sort of a base to work from...and then we added our own stuff...like speacia; thanks, readings, etc it came out really nice...you def can do it on your won...and not pay someone to do it for you...in staples and michaels they also had actual program kits....HTH

I just did a simple design in MS Word and bought my paper at staples. I punched holes in the spine and tied a ribbon through them that I got at AC Moore.

My mom and I are doing my programs. We ordered the paper custom cut from paperandmore.com
We are including: The cover with our names and date and the church.
The list of the bridal party
List of parents, grandparents, officiant, musicians, etc.
Order of ceremony (we included the bible verses and who would be reading them, but we did not print out all of the words, just where we got it from)
A thank you for our guests and our new address.

yes...our cover has our names, date, church and a quote we chose...inside has parent names, then BP...then we went on to write out the mass...readings and ready by who...then, on the back we put a thank you and people we are remembering who have passed away in our families
