I went to the beach before and only the BP came with us. We did all family photos at the RH.
was family offended? i dont want to piss anyone off lol. i mean its going ot be the first time fh and i see eachother that day and i DO want it to be semi private. I guess family will see it when the photos come lol. they dont have to see it in person.

I mentioned the idea of pre ceremony photos to my mom and she seemed so appaulled! (sp?) It funny because I was surprised. She´s usually so practical and doesn´t worry about traditions at all. She keeps telling me that we will have time before the Reception because my sister was able to do it.
However, my sis got married off site and had time in between and I´m getting married right there! I am definitly considering taking pictures before!! Then we can even take them offsite!!
I will prob have bp and parents and do the rest of the fam pics at the RH. I may not even have the parents if they´d prefer not to. I´m ok either way.

I was against this in the begining until i spoke to the Rev. who will be marrying us. I was all for the Nooo he has to see me right before we walk down, but honestly no matter when he see's you for the first time, IT WILL BE SPECIAL. Your photographer will make it special, very special. And not only that it is more intimate (IMO). And I dont know about you but I do know my FH and I are paying a whole lot for our wedding and i really do not want to miss any of it. And we are getting married as well on site. 7pm ceremony, 730-830 cocktail and reception 830-1230, so i honestly do not know where we would fit in pictures if we want to enjoy our wedding day.
We're going to OWG with the BP and parents, Photog and video. I am taking pics right before hand at the hotel with family and then again at RH. I don;t think they will be offended if they don't come with us. It'll give them all more time to do whatever before the party starts.

We are... I feel like we are paying way too much money to get pulled from my reception and cocktail hour.
Hoping the day is nice, because we dont get married until 7pm, so why not kill some anticipation time with pictures

i'm doing pics at the hall b4 the ceremony...i don't want the pressure of squeezing in photos during CH.

I saw my DH before the ceremony and I wouldn't change a thing if I had to do it all over again! When we saw each other for the first time at the beach DH cried and them he cried again when I walked down the aisle. Two very emotional and special moments for the both of us! And we got to enjoy our whole wedding!
