Other than the MOH, BM and FOB... is anyone else making a speech at your reception? MOG/FOG? MOB?

I dont know if my sister will make a speech as MOH or not... i didnt do it at her wedding

I believe the BM is going to be making one, but I told both my MOHs that they don't have to do a speech if they don't want to.

My dad his dad and best man (fh's brother). My brother is dying to give a toast so we told him he can say something at the dinner the night before or at the brunch the next morning. My brother thinks he is a comedian and who knows what he will say in front of my 250 guests

I have a 2 BM and a Maid and A Matron.... I know both BM will want too, because they are just silly like that. I am not to sure if I want both my Girls to make a speech. Maybe possibly something combined??? I just dont want so much time taken up by this.

Best Men (FH's two brothers) and possibly my MOH (sister). She's not really a speech type of person but I made one at her wedding so I don't know we'll see!

i went a wedding in Ireland and its tradition for the speeches to be really long... everyone at the table puts in money and whoever pics a time closest to what it was gets the money... i happened to win...
the speeches took 46 minutes...
But the whole reception was about 8 hours so it didnt really matter that they took so much time!
