Who is suppose to go in the limo

the day of the wedding. I already know bridesmaids and groomsman,,,the flower girl and the ring bearer....Are both of our parents suppose to go in it too...I dont wanna be rude to not have a limo for certain people....I have a really large bridal party 7 girls and 8 guys.....so i need a big limo as it is....Do u think its better to get 1 large limo or 2 seperate ones? Thanks in advance girls

Normally it's just the wedding party.

My party is about the same size - and i want to keep everyone together - it's more fun that way and no one will feel slighted that they got relegated to a different car. I'd go w/ the supersized limo.

But as everyone keeps telling me it's your day - you can have it anyway you want it.

the groom & groomsmen arrive at the church 1st...like 20 - 30 mins before the ceremony....they are there when guests are arriving. They go in a limo together.

The bride, bm's, flower girl, and brides parents arrive at the same time. This can be in 1 or 2 cars - your choice.

My 1st wedding, I arrived just me, mom & dad in 1 car and bm's in another.

after the ceremony, we were just split up - some of us in 1 car, some in the other to do pics and get to the rh.

This time, doing it differently....because it just works out that we can save $$ and just use 1 car - and I really want to be with all of my bridal party....so....

hummer picks up guys, drops them off at the church, then comes to my house for me, my parents & the bm's (my house is only 5 minutes from the church, so it works out)

Then, after the church, mom & Dad get a ride with my aunt to chill at her house until the reception, and the entire bp goes off in the hummer to do pictures.

whatever works for you....talk to your limo guy - he should be helpful with what you can fit or not...and remember to leave room in that car if your dress is puffy...a 12 passenger car only fits 10 with a ball gown in it!

Its just the wedding party.
I had 6 girls and DH had 5 guys and we had 2 FG and 2 Rb.
This is how we did it- [After the church]
Me, DH, all BM and Gm hopped in limo . . . WITH NO KIDS! Lol . . .
they only time we had the kids in the limo was before the church b/c theyre parents were in the BP. I made a thing that we weren't going to have the FG and Rb in the limo, [we were also stopping off at the beach for pix] its not a HUGE thing for kids, so I couldn't have my BM/GM [the parents] chasing after their kids.
AS IT IS, one of my RB, whose mother wasn't watching him, ran into the middle of the street SEVERAL times, and I had to chase him down the street in my wedding dress [before the church].

My parents didn't even come in the limo w/ me and the girls when I left the house to go the church. . .

I personally feel that its better to have 1 limo and have all the whole Bp and the Bride and groom in there. I wouldn't want to have separated from the man right after i married him. and its just ALOT more fun with everyone in the limo!

it will just be & for us...

but then again, it's under a 4 min trip!

We had 3 limos- one for dh and I , one for dhs family and people who got ready at his house, and one for my family and whoever got ready with me at the hotel. we had a bridal car, and 2 excursions.
