How long does she usually take to send you the pictures from the trial? I had mine on Friday, and I'm still waiting on them.

I had brought my own camera and she took pics with that.

she never sent them to me...but I had my own camera so I never asked her too. It did take a while to get the contract tho-a month to be exact

She took pics with my camera and her own for her book i guess. The contract took around 2 months.

Just wanted to share my experience with *** with you. *** did a great job on my wedding day. The hair and makeup were great and she arrived on time. However this was one major issue I had with her.
I asked her to send me pics of my trial since she did three different looks and wasn't sure which one I wanted to go with. Weeks passed after my trial and no pic. I called her and she told me her computer crashed and she couldn't access her pics. She told me that as soon as her cousin was finished working on it she would send them to me. I was totally understanding since this happens all the time. Again weeks went by and nothing. Finally the week of my wedding Teresa returns my email and tells me that *** will be bringing 'her pictures' to the hotel the day of. At this point it's the week of and I have a million other things to take care of so I just trust she'll bring them.
The morning of my wedding she shows up with the wrong memory card in her camera and my pics aren't even in there. to make a long story short after being on the phone with her assistant for at least forty minutes she finally got my pics on her tiny phone. I could barely make them out and ended up picking a look from a magazine that was sitting on the coffee table at the hotel.
She is absolutely a great makeup artist, but this was the last thing I needed to deal with hours before my wedding.

Oh boy! thanks for sharing..I have pics saved on my camera and computer so thank goodness for that. But I was more concerned about not having a hard copy of the contract and i wanted her signature on it. I absolutely loved my hair and makeup trial and I thought she was very talented and very easygoing...so i hope there are no problems....
