Im not wishing I could kick one out-but at the same time there are issues so maybe in the future I may wish I could!

Definitely on the side of wishing I had waited longer though!

Not any bridemaids but I definitely wouldn't mind if some of the ushers (FI friends) weren't in it.

Me too, I just had a talk w/ my MOH this weekend about that, shes just so uninvolved and if I hear its so far away you still have time , one more time! She said she will try to be better, but its just so annoying. I don't know any of you girls and you all show more interest in what i say than she does.

I had the EXACT issue with my MOH but she too has gotten better after I gave her a bit of the silent treatment.

If you gals remember, I asked your advice a few months ago about a friend of mine...
I ended up NOT asking her (thanks!) and it was a good decision...

She actually doesn't even talk to me much anymore as a result of this and other issues....

Yeah I wish I would have waited before I asked a few people. . . I guess its too late now its sad compared to FH's GM I do not feel my side of the party is as reliable.

Not I, I only have my sister (MOH) one bridesmaid and a Jr Bridesmaid which is FI's cousin.

I came thisclose to kicking out my MOH last week, but it would have caused major family repercussions, and I had to keep telling myself that she would eventually come around.

Thank God for herself the next day she came to her senses and apologized, because everyone was preparing to kick her azz on my wedding day!!!!

Re: Who is wishing they could kick.....

When I got engaged in 2005, I was so happy that I asked everyone I knew, 'do you want to be in my wedding' I had 16 bm because if that.

Then one day while at work, I decided that I needed to do something about this, so I called six of the ladies I asked to be in the wedding and told them that I just couldn't afford to have all of them in the wedding.
Everyone was fine with it but one person (I knew she would be the one to get crazy, so I went to her house to tell her) lets just say we've just started speaking to each other. (I told her August 2005)
I know it hard since you already ask, but a lot of you ladies still have time to tell them.
If their your TRUE FRIENDS they will understand.
If not, they were never a TRUE FRIEND from the began.

You know what they say 'funerals and weddings will bring out the worse in people'
