Unfortunately, my future brother in law may be being deployed and we need to find someone else to marry us. I am kind of freaking out because it is short notice. Any suggestions of who to use for a non religous ceremony in Suffolk?

I am asking a friend to become ordained to do the ceremony, which is great because he knows us very well and, since he's an actor, really enjoys the opportunity to be in front of people. There was actually an officiant recommended by my RH though, so maybe you can get recommendations through your hall?

We are getting married by a family priest but I met Pastor April a few years back and I thought she was wonderful.

Most likely, Pastor April will be booked despite everyone's rave reviews and suggestions. On short notice, you might want to check in to the town clerk's office - they can usually recommend someone to you.
We are using a friend of the family who is also a justice of the peace. To help make our ceremony more special, we are using readings and other unique things that our officiant won't have to do - he is there simply to marry us. You can go that route - get someone simply to marry you and utilize friends and family to add color to the ceremony.

Although she is popular, she may still be available as she only needs a couple hours in between weddings. She is definitely worth looking into at least. You won't know unless you ask her. Good luck!
