I am using franklin square photographers, for photo & video. I am paying about 7200 for both. THey have less expensive packages though. http://www.fsphoto.com
Check out their website under recent weddings & they have pics of the most recent weddings they have done.

She is SO nice too and her studio is breathtaking.

Her studio is in her house in Centereach. It is so beautiful and she is definitely my favorite vendor so far. Try her site again...it is amazing and let me know if you have any questions!

I'm almost set with Grey Studios in Floral Park. I put down $10 to hold my photographer without a contract so I have to sign that. Their web site isn't that much to look at but their pictures are the best I have seen (IMHO). I am probably going to get a 3500-4000 package. Their prices vary based on your photo album images and parent albums-they put it in a chart. THe only thing is it only includes an 8x10 slip in album- I have to upgrade to traditional mounted album. The are all referral based and don't advertise and they are family owned since the 50's.
Duet was my second runner up- their prices are GREAT! Their pics are very high quality but didn't quite catch my eye like Gray.
This was my hardest decision! I looked at Patken, Sherwood Triart, Duet, Gray and while I didn't go in person to Silverfox, my MOH used them. She likes her pics but I am disappointed in their quality. I canceled my apt with them after seeing her proofs. I also canceled my apt with Cassarino after looking at reviews here and the Better Business Bureau site.

frankin square was awesome, but was way out of our budget
we went with Duet its a little over 4000 for photo and video, but we got a lot of extras added in.

We're using The Velvet Studio in Huntington. We recently had our engagement pics and Bob was so great to work with!
ETA: A little over $5k for photo & video... 2 photographers, e-pics, all proofs, all negatives, mini album, 90-pic coffee table album, thank-you's, etc...
