Ditto - and time of year as well. I was actually quoted $500 for a Saturday afternoon in June
How about Eisenhower Park? Planting Fields? Hempstead House?

when I called them a t the beginning of this year they told me that my day was already fully booked so I booked planting fields and it was only $100

Prices to take photos at Old Westbury Gardens range from $ 275 to $ 475 (the price is based on a sliding scale of what time you arrive. $ 275 for 9 am- 3 pm, $ 475 for anything after 5:30 pm).

I am also booked at Leonards, I wont be taking pics at OWG. I am leaning toward Flushing Meadow Park or the public parks in Sands Point (nature preserve, etc).
