You're my date-twin! I found out this weekend at my niece/nephew's baptism. My aunt accidentally pointed it out to me on the calendar on my sister's fridge. I guess my aunt that I was my cousin. When I told her I didn't think I'm supposed to know about it, she tried to cover it up - 'It's the wrong date anyway!'. ....yeah, OKayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy.....

I think mine is either June 10th too or June 17th. I'm pretty sure its one or the other.

Actually, my mom told me though. My MOH is kind of flaky lately so I decided to help my mom out with the planning. Kind of upset with the MOH though. Hasn't been very supportive--can't figure out why. But now everyone thinks its a surprise so we are going with it. Sort of twisted but funny.

I dont know exactly when mine is, they've been doing a good job keeping it quiet (pretty sure July)but I do know that there was some stress over when to have it due to a lot of people going away to Greece over the summer. Greekchic, did you experience any of that ?

Yeah but you can't make everyone happy. As long as my mom and fmil are ok with the date, there is nothing else that matters. If people can't make it, they can't make it. Although we do look forward to the presents

a friend of mine is getting married in september, and her shower is on our 1-year anniversary- June 25th.
we mentioned this to one of the guys in our group of friends, just becauseof the funny coincidence that the shower was on our anniversary... so this guy, being a boy, didn't realize that the bride isn't supposed to know about the shower
so he says to her ' yeah, you're shower is on luke and melissas anniversary' so she figured out when it is- he even told her where it is, too!! sill boys!
but she said ' i'm not telling my mom i know, because she'll be devestated!'

I don't and I don't want to know. MOH has been asking me if I have any idea on when my mom is doing it and all I know is its going to be when FH comes home. Other than that, I want to be surprised

No idea.....I guess it will be in July sometime. No movement on the registries so invites probably have not gone out yet....but I will be a 'peeker' in June!

I DO! I DO!!! My friend accidentally gave it up. I was asking her about whether she was coming to the shower or not (the baby shower i was planning for my SIL) on June 24th and she corrected me by saying 'No it's the 22nd silly!' She must have said this like 3 times before she realized and asked how i knew about it, not realizing that i wasn't talking about MY shower!!!!

We were cracking up!! so now i know that my shower is July 22nd!!! Which i'm happy about because i'm a jeans and t-shirt kind of gal so on that day i'll get a little dressy and look nice for everyone!

I don't know when, but I do know where. Which in essence means the moment I get to the parking lot I'll know exactly what I'm doing there. I really wanted to be surprised.

I think mine is june 3rd because one slipped said that date but she wasnt sure then i found out it would be in my moms house but she just bought the house so I am really not sure. I'm confused.

My shower is 6/11, but no one knows I know except FI, but supposebly its my aunts birthday and they are giving her a surprise party on that day, same restraunt, so I'll act surprised.
I feel bad that I know but, i'll act surprised
They've worked so hard to keep it a secret!!!
