I am going to look at an aprtment there in a few.

We still need a few more months for DP saving & I want out of Queens now! plus landlord raising rent here-not worth it

The rent is the same as mine plus use of yard so why not!

OMG Jenn... Massapqua is really cool.. they people are nice like in queens, ya know that Neighborhood feeling, but it is so much easier to get around & stuff out here. & MANY MANY MALLS

Wantaugh is close to me too. Good luck with APARTMENT. Are you looking to rent in a house???

Check out Southbaypaper. They have a website online. Gets updated on Tuesdays (day before home delivery) check it out and you have a better chance of getting apartment than the ones who wait until they get it that day of delivery. They go QUICK!! I got my $650 (raised to $750) 1 1/2 bedroom, LR Kitchen Combo, TONS of storage, Deadend street (6 hourse on block) off canal, around corner from Chetau Le Mer in Lindenhurst. NO realtor fees.

CHECK OUT THE PAPER!!!
