who makes my dress??

i got my dress at davids bridal.. and ive heard they take out the dress designers' labels and put their own in... does anyone know who made my dress? i never even thought about it til i started reading around on here about all your dresses..

I'm pretty sure that they make most of their dresses.

I think there are some designers that they carry.... Alfred Angelo, Oleg Cassini I believe are 2 designers they carry.

It looks like a Maggie Soterro gown. I dont' think David's cuts the designers tag out and puts in there own, I think, for lack of a better term, knock off other designs.

whoever made it, it's beautiful! i remember seeing that dress on the davids bridal site. i think they do make their own dresses. honestly i don't remember who made mine either lol it's not important as long as it looks great!

From what I was aware of they knock of many designers, however when I was looking for one of the dresses elsewhere I couldn't find it (not the dress I ended up with though)

My Bonny dress is VERY similar but not exactly the same.

as far as I know, and this is what I was told by the owner of my dress shop, David's designs are 'originals' they don't carry other designers, they just have their own line...
I love that dress by the way, it's in a lot of David's ads!

they do knock off desingers. mine is an exact replica of a maggie style, but was $500 cheaper!

Davids doesnt carry Alfred Angelo. They carry Michelangelo (its probably that one), Oleg Cassini, and Monique Luo. IM not sure if they carry anyone else. MY DB dress was Michelangelo.
