My future father in law says to go with Benjamin moore, and that they make the best paint. I know I have heard that before. Is this true??? Arent there any other paints that are just asa good as BM? I'ts so expensive for BM paints....I used Giddon Paints on my apartment, when I painted it 3 years ago, and it still looks great....

I agree with BM...sorry My parents used it for both inside and outside and it really holds up!! It might be expensive but in the end it is worth it. Good Luck!!

By far it is Benny Moore. The alkyld content surpasses all others in coverage and consistency. It is worth the ticket of 25 a gallon. Primer also. Fresh start acrylic rules!!!!

Yeah we bought a powder blue BM paint for our bathroom. So far, first coat looks great. I will be putting te second coat on tonight. Scott

BM is the best, but we used Behr's and it worked really well also...i liked their colors and prices better

I do belive that with the B.M you can get any color.At True Value Hardware in Bohemia they had a little machine thing that scanned or took the pic of a color chip and would let them know what to mix.You can call them to ask Its the store on vets hwy. Good Luck!

Benjamin Moore is the only paint I would put on my walls. Its a completely different painting experience from that Home Depot paint!

The bathroom is almost finished. Not sure of the color, but it is a light blue...and we are painting all the trim white.
Next up will be the kitchen. I am not sure of the color yet. I will post pics of the apartment tonight and hopefully someone can come up with a good color for us to paint.

I do not know of any painter who will use anything BUT Benjamin Moore -- must be for a reason!! Belive me, once you have all your stuff moved in and more and more wedding gifts filling up the place, you will NOT want to be painting every couple of years....

The Benjamin Moore store in Levittown on Hmpstd. Tpke. is having a big sale. We got paint today on sale.
