Dh and i were set up on blind date onNovember17th of 2000 we met at a starbucks coffee. A friend of mine said to me there is this guy who works at walmart with my wife and i want to set you up with him. i was like ok. i just broke up with one of my ex's in the summer of 2000 and i was really sad. so they said we will meet at 7pm and a hour later they left our friends to leave Dh and i talking for a while and we didn't leave until 9:30pm. it was great! when went on our first date a week later to the movies. and here we are almost 2 years married on April 6th.

Funny thing is that we went to college together 13 years before but never met while living in the same dorm.

I did also.. My friends Fh used to work with my Fh so my friend took it upon her self to see if he was single which he was and she said I have a friend you want to met her and he said sure...So we met and now the rest is history

I did back in 1999! A boyfriend a few months prior to meeting him had died in a car accident, my friend gave me time and then took me out one night with her boyfirend and his friend to just get away for a night and foret about everything and the rest is history. He brought me out of my darkest time, and I love him. My mom calls him my angel.

I did! We were set up by one of his 'weird' co-workers, with whom I had done some business. We went for mini golf--it was fun, but definitely awkward. Our next three dates were spaced out over the next 3 months, and as bad as the first few dates were, we both knew there was 'something special' about the other.
