Who notices a guys fingernails before anything else?

A friend of mine read something that the #1 thing a girl looks at when meeting a guy is their fingernails. Isn't that strange!?!

I don't thing I ever looked a someones nails

I'm a teeth girl...and hands, they've gotta have good hands. But it's not all about the fingernails...it's more about the overall shape.

I do actually check out fingernails - it is sort of a good, informal litmus test of personal hygiene for me. If the fingernails are scary and gross, I do judge people - and I am not talking about guys who work with their hands for a living.

BUT -they aren't the first thing I notice - I notice a great smile and nice eyes first

I don't look at nails. The face is important. I have to admit that I do look at feet - I don't know why. I've never ended a relationship over gross feet, but I have to look.

FH hands are nicer than mine. I am marrying an out of the closet metrosexual. He gets manicures and pedicures more often than I do. His hands feel like he never worked a day in his life. I have callouses that I developed from gym equipment despite the fact that I use gloves. Lucky me.

Not necessarily the nails, but I do usually notice dirt and grease underneath various men's fingernails which I find highly repulsive.......whom have no problem eating with them either.

However, I like eyes.......and a nice, dark, tanned neck....always been a crazy turn on for me.......LOL

i agree to a point----Clean and maintained nails show that they care about the details.i HATE rough hands and if i saw dirt in someones nails it grosses me out! You can tell a lot from the nails...imo
